Shauna Ahlquist - Physiotherapist / Owner
Originally from Hepburn, Saskatchewan.
Shauna graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy. Shauna has worked in Canada and the USA in private practice sports and orthopedic clinics since she graduated.
To maximize Shauna’s treatment strategies, she has taken many post-graduate courses including:

- McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment

- Mulligan NAGS & SNAGS
- Functional Dry Needling
- Treatment of Foot Disorders

Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband and 2 amazing kids!
RoAnna McLenahan- Physiotherapist / Owner
Originally from Barrhead, AB.
RoAnna graduated from the University of Alberta in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Since graduating she has worked in extensively in private practice treating patients for over 30 years who require expertise assessing and treating a variety of orthopedic soft tissue injuries and dysfunctions.
RoAnna has taken many posts graduate courses including Gunn IMS, Functional Dry Needling, Part A Manual Therapy and is CAMPT certified. She studied with Dr de Gasquet using the Posture and Breathing Method for core strength training, and is certified in SFMA/FMS.
She has a special interest in treating chronic pain, headaches, spine and jaw injuries/dysfunction and is passionate about helping her clients find solutions. She has also developed and is always excited to teach her Restore Your Core Physio program for women.
Outside of work, RoAnna has earned her WNBF Pro Card in Bodybuilding in 2011 & more recently in 2024. She also enjoys pickleball, x-country skiing and golf.

Karina Dennis - Physiotherapist
Karina enjoys spending her time in the outdoors. On the weekends she can often be found hiking, snowshoeing, paddleboarding, camping or spending time with her family including her dog and cats.
Originally from Central Alberta, Karina initially attended Red Deer College prior to transferring to the University of Alberta to complete her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction in 2012. She then went on to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in 2014.
In 2023, she completed her Master of Clinical Science Advanced Healthcare Practice in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Western Ontario. Through the process of completing this degree as well as previous Canadian Orthopedic Division courses, she became certified as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT).
In addition to her musculoskeletal training, Karina has special interest in treating vestibular and concussion conditions and has taken several courses to further her skills including extensive Vestibular Rehabilitation training through Duke/Emory University and the APTA in 2019.
She has also taken additional courses in Functional Dry Needling, McKenzie Part A and B, Graston technique, and cupping.
